By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Committee to Elect Nadine Hatten for Circuit Court, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate. These messages may include informational updates, campaign announcements, fundraising requests, event notifications, and other campaign-related communications (collectively, the "Programs").

Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of making a contribution or engaging with the campaign.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for applicable rates and fees.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of messages sent at any time. We also reserve the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Neither our service providers nor participating mobile carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

If you no longer wish to participate in any Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.

You understand and agree that these are the exclusive and reasonable methods for opting out. Requests made using other words or phrases, or verbal requests to be removed from our list, may not be recognized as valid opt-out requests.

If you are subscribed to multiple Programs from different phone numbers, you must reply STOP separately to each number from which you wish to unsubscribe.

For assistance with the Program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us or email [UPDATE WITH NADINE'S CAMPAIGN EMAIL].

Please note that requesting support or sending an email does not constitute an opt-out request. To unsubscribe, you must follow the opt-out procedures described above.

Privacy

Except as described in our Privacy Policy, Committee to Elect Nadine Hatten for Circuit Court does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers collected through our text messaging Programs to any third party.
